It was an awesome and pleasant experience from start to finish of the loan process. My wife and I worked with Ann and Lucy who were always on top of it and helped us navigate a complicated underwriting process due to our unique circumstances. I’ve worked with Loan Factory three times now. The last two experiences were with Matt Hang’s team, including Marie and Patrick. I’m not sure how I completely forgot to write a review for Matt when I first applied for my HELOC (the second time), but I want to make up for it now. Long story short, my project is finished, and I wanted to have lower rate than my previous HELOC. Matt’s team guided me through every step. Even when I changed my mind during the 3‑day Right of Rescission on one of the loans, they continued to help me explore other options, which turned out to be an even better outcome. All the lender requirements were explained clearly throughout the process. There was never any pressure to close—Matt even encouraged me to take my time and think carefully before making any decisions. I know it’s smart to shop around, but I’m glad I stayed with Loan Factory from the beginning. After everything was done, my friends who recently applied for loans told me they couldn’t get the same rate and closing cost that I received. Thank you, Matt and team!
